Interim Pastor | First Baptist Church - Waynesville, NC
First Baptist Church, Waynesville, NC, is seeking an experienced Interim Pastor to guide our congregation during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will provide spiritual leadership, deliver engaging sermons, and foster community connections. Part Time Pastor of Preaching and Pastoral Care | Benson Baptist Church - Benson, NC

Minister to Families - Part Time | First Baptist Church - Piedmont, SC
First Baptist Church of Piedmont, South Carolina, is searching for a part-time Minister to Families who would be responsible for working with the pastor to develop and coordinate the church’s intergenerational ministry to families, with a focus on younger families with preschoolers, children, and youth.
FBC Piedmont supports women in ministry, specifically the ordination of women. Within our congregation, individual members are free to designate their own missions giving to either CBF or SBC.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, and experience serving in a church as a volunteer or as a staff person is preferred.

Associate Pastor for Senior Adults and Pastoral Care | First Baptist Church - Wilmington, NC
The Associate Pastor for Senior Adults and Pastoral Care will be the primary lead in ministries to Senior Adults. Pastoral Care oversight, leadership, and training is also a significant role. This position will serve at the executive level leadership, and will report to the senior pastor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cast vision and provide leadership for Sr. Adult ministries. Grow our Tuesday Noon Church ministry to include events and educational opportunities. Plan Sr. Adult trips both local and regional.
- Provide direct Pastoral Care and coordinate the church’s team approach to Pastoral Care.
- Provide leadership and coordination to the Diaconate. Coordinate annual orientation to include care training and communication strategies. Assist in the annual nomination process.
- Serve on the Pastoral Executive Team and the Leadership Council.
General Staff Responsibilities:
- Serve with ministerial staff, attend staff retreats and weekly staff meetings; contribute to the evaluation and direction/design of ministries and the church as requested
- Attend and participate in Deacon retreats annually and monthly meetings as needed
- Give leadership or assistance in special projects as needed
- Develop and maintain budgets for areas of ministry oversight
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor or Executive Pastor

- Spend consitent time in maintain

Associate Pastor for Youth and Children | Auburn First Baptist Church - Alabama
Auburn First Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama (AFBC) is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for Youth & Children. AFBC is affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
The Associate Pastor will focus on developing relationships, programs and activities for youth and children, while working closely with the church committees associated with these groups. Our congregation desires that our youth and children have age-appropriate experiences which contribute to faith development, community building, and service to others. The primary responsibility will be to the youth ministry (60%), while upholding a deep commitment to the children’s ministry (40%). Director of the Weekday School | St. John's Baptist - Charlotte, NC
MINISTRY ASSISTANT for PASTORAL CARE AND ENGAGED AGING | First Baptist Church - Greenville, SC
First Baptist Church Greenville, SC, a progressive and inclusive faith community, is seeking a dedicated Ministry Assistant to provide crucial support and administrative leadership under the supervision of the Minister of Pastoral Care and the Minister of Engaged Aging. Responsibilities include facilitating communications through mailings, calls, and emails, managing data with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and ACS software, and coordinating logistics for ministry events and activities.
The position is a four to five day a week responsibility for a total of 25 hours weekly. This role will often serve as the initial point of contact for church members, offering compassionate assistance and addressing inquiries related to ministry engagement. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Part Time Bookkeeper | St. Andrews Baptist Church-Columbia, SC
St. Andrews Baptist Church is currently seeking a detail-oriented, part time bookkeeper, approximately 20-30 hrs weekly, to support the financial operations of the church.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep and maintain accurate financial records of church accounts
Maintain records of giving
Reconcile/oversee Accounts Payable
Keep detailed reports of the various funds associated with financial stewardship
Prepare financial reports as needed on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis in a timely manner
Understand and demonstrate extreme discretion regarding any and all financial matters for the church, including staff, church members, visitors and all vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of bookkeeping or accounting background/experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
The ability to work independently (self starter), as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Support the Administrative Manager and assist Church staff as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and ability to grow and learn in the position, obtaining and maintaining any needed training or certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Shelby is a plus
Previous nonprofit experience is helpful, but not required

Minister of Students | First Baptist Church - Carrollton, GA
First Baptist Church Carrollton is in the process of finding the next leader of our student ministry who is passionate for Jesus Christ and leading students who are in middle school, high school, and college to have a relationship with Him. This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Pastor.
Minimum education requirement is a degree from a four-year college or university, but an advanced degree from an accredited school of theology or seminary is preferred. Previous experience working with and leading in student ministries is preferred.
